Return & Refund Policy

At Anti Humor Humor Club, we sell products with questionable humor but acceptable quality standards.

If something is wrong with your order, we’ll try to fix it.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear used, damaged, or suspiciously loved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Digital products/downloads
  • Worn or washed apparel

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The product is defective

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly shipped

If you need an exchange, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A short description of the issue

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once shipped, orders must go through the normal return process.
